Our verdict on GameTrack

GameTrack is a game library and backlog tracker for players who want one place to organize games across multiple platforms. It supports Playing, Completed, Backlog, Wishlist, and other progress statuses, along with custom lists and tags. Players can also record sessions, keep completion history, add ratings and reviews, follow friends, and view activity. With apps for macOS, iOS, and Android, it suits users who want their collection and backlog available across supported devices, especially within Apple’s ecosystem.

Its strongest practical advantage is platform coverage. GameTrack can connect with PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Epic Games, GOG, and RetroAchievements to import libraries and related data. That gives multi-platform players a way to consolidate their collections instead of maintaining separate trackers. Recommendations, Time to Beat estimates, release alerts for wishlisted games, Year in Gaming statistics, widgets, and iCloud synchronization extend the product beyond a basic checklist. The result is a broad feature set for players who care about both organization and activity history.

The free plan includes unlimited games, core statuses, three custom lists, three tags, gaming account connections, and trophies and achievements. GameTrack+ adds unlimited lists and tags, barcode scanning, Year in Gaming, custom app icons, custom themes and layouts, and a custom profile header. That split makes the free version suitable for straightforward backlog management, while frequent organizers may prefer the additional customization and list capacity. Choose GameTrack if you want platform imports, detailed tracking, and cross-device support; consider another option if web access or a simpler, narrower tracker is more important.
