It brings silent and live auctions, online bidding, donations, raffles, ticketing, event check-in, payment collection and reporting into one web-based platform. Participants can bid from mobile or desktop browsers, while event staff can manage volunteer-entered winning bids, event displays and campaign communications.
Pricing is structured around campaign fees rather than recurring monthly plans. The Free with tipping plan costs $0 and includes suggested participant tips, with 10% of tips shared with the cause, offline payments and 100+ features. Pro (no tips) removes tip prompts and revenue share while retaining offline payments and 100+ features. Flat Fee costs $1,250 per campaign and adds an upfront-fee model with no tip prompts or revenue share. Pricing varies by region, including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Ireland.
