Our verdict on FuelDesk Pro
FuelDesk Pro combines fuel-pump control with convenience-store checkout and back-office operations. It is aimed at independent gas stations and convenience stores that need to manage fuel sales alongside products, lottery and scratchers, EBT, age-restricted items, loyalty, and shift reconciliation. The web application is offered as hosted cloud infrastructure, on AWS controlled by the operator, or on a Mac Mini, with pump connections via TCP and offline transaction queuing. That breadth makes it relevant to retailers looking for fuel and store workflows in one system rather than a general checkout tool.
Pricing is monthly, with a 14-day trial and no card required. Starter costs $49 per month and includes unlimited transactions, fuel control and price sign, daily backups, and email support. Pro is $129 per month; it adds multi-register POS, an electronic price sign, advanced analytics and AI insights, and priority support. Enterprise costs $299 per month and adds a multi-site chain view, cross-site pricebook sync, custom SSO and permissions, a dedicated success manager, and phone support available 24×7.
