FrontLobby is a web and API platform for landlords and property managers that combines tenant screening with rental recordkeeping, rent reporting, and debt reporting. Its free basic membership supports property management, lease and tenant-record tracking, landlord resources, and pay-as-you-go screening. The platform is particularly suited to small landlords who want free account tools while ordering reports only when needed, though larger portfolios can use API access.
Pricing is split between membership and one-time screening products. Free Basic Membership costs $0 per account. Premium Membership costs $19.92 per month when billed annually and adds monthly rent reporting for 20 leases, up to 50% off screening and debt reporting, automated rent reminders, late-payment warnings, and one-on-one setup and support. A Credit Report costs $14.99 one time and includes a credit score, full credit report, previous-address tenant history, and TeleCheck check verification. The $29.99 Tenant Screening Bundle adds tenant-record, eviction, criminal-conviction, terrorist, sex-offender, federal-offender, and income-estimator searches.
