Freshsales is a cloud-based CRM from Freshworks for sales teams and growing businesses. It brings contacts, accounts, activities, communications, deals, pipelines, forecasting, reports, and customer context into one system. Sales teams can work through web, iOS, and Android apps, with API access for connected workflows. Its focus is practical sales management: pipeline visibility, communication, automation, and AI-supported prioritization rather than a broad marketing suite.

Pricing is accessible at the entry level. The Free plan provides CRM access for up to three users. Growth costs $9 per user per month with annual billing or $11 with monthly billing, adding Kanban views, contact lifecycle stages, chat, email and phone, email templates, custom fields, and basic workflows. Pro costs $39 annually or $47 monthly per user and adds contact scoring, deal insights, custom sales activities, territory management, and sales sequences. Enterprise costs $59 annually or $71 monthly per user, adding forecasting insights, field-level permissions, custom modules, a sandbox, and audit logs. A 21-day free trial is also available.

Its strongest fit is a small or growing sales team that wants communication tools and AI in the same CRM. Two-way Gmail and Microsoft 365 email sync, phone and chat, workflow automation, sales sequences, offline mobile mode, forecasting, and visual reports cover a useful range of day-to-day sales work. Integrations include Slack, Freshdesk, WhatsApp Business, Google Maps, and Freshworks Marketplace. Choose Freshsales when calling, pipeline management, and AI-assisted deal work are priorities. Teams needing advanced governance should budget for Enterprise, while teams larger than three users will need a paid plan.
