formsflow.ai is a low-code platform for creating online forms and connecting submissions to automated workflows. It is aimed at government, enterprise, and other organizations managing complex or regulated processes. Its feature set covers drag-and-drop form building, conditional fields, data validation, file uploads, signatures, approval routing, task assignment, analytics dashboards, role-based access, and identity management. The open-source Community plan gives teams a free-forever starting point, while hosted SaaS and self-hosted or on-premise options support different deployment preferences.
Pricing is divided between a free Community edition and five monthly premium packages. Premium Start costs $295 per month and is hosted by formsflow.ai with unlimited users, a standard form builder, and an intuitive workflow builder.
