Our verdict on FormConnect
FormConnect is a digital forms platform for solo professionals, small businesses, and teams collecting information in the field. Its drag-and-drop builder supports offline form completion, photo capture and annotation, electronic signatures, GPS fields, exports, synchronization, collaboration, and dispatch. It is positioned for inspections, construction, healthcare, manufacturing, government, and field-service work, with collection available through web, macOS, iOS, and Android.
The published plans show a paid structure with separate editions. FormConnect Pro is listed at $17.99 one-time and includes the form builder, offline access, photos, signatures, GPS fields, and PDF, CSV, XML, and HTML exports. ProPlus is listed at $1.99 per user per month or $20 per user per year, adding Apple-device synchronization, unlimited forms, search and folders, scripting, tables, and barcode scanning. ProMax is listed at $2.50 per user per month or $25 per user per year, adding multi-user accounts, sharing and distribution, bi-directional syncing, field-service dispatching, an admin dashboard, and role-based access.
FormConnect fits teams that need mobile data capture across mixed devices and cloud storage services. Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, and iCloud integrations broaden its ecosystem fit, while exports support handoff into other processes. Offline access is especially relevant for field work, and ProMax adds administration and dispatch for larger operating groups. The trade-off is that workflow and database depth is lighter than products built around more extensive operational systems. Teams seeking straightforward forms, signatures, photos, GPS, and offline collection should consider FormConnect; organizations needing deeper verified workflow or database capabilities should look elsewhere.
