Our verdict on FormBuilder

FormBuilder creates online forms for individuals, small businesses and growing teams. Users can describe a form to get an AI-generated draft, then edit it in a drag-and-drop builder with 21 field types. Conditional logic, multi-page navigation, file uploads and payments through Stripe and PayPal extend it beyond basic data collection. Analytics track views, submissions and abandonment, while team workspaces and role-based permissions support collaborative work. Its web-only, cloud deployment suits teams comfortable managing forms in a browser.

The Free plan includes 5 active forms and 100 responses per month, along with all 21 field types, email notifications, webhooks and Zapier, and Stripe payments. Pro costs $39 per month and raises the limits to 100 active forms and 10,000 responses monthly; it also adds custom themes and branding, multi-page forms, 1GB of file storage and password protection. Business is $99 per month for 500 active forms, 50,000 responses monthly, 10GB storage, custom branding and domains, team workspaces, collaboration, analytics and integrations. Enterprise lists unlimited forms, responses, storage and teams, plus white-label options, dedicated support, SSO and SAML, a 99.99% SLA and custom integrations. A 14-day free trial is available, and a card is required.

Integration options include Google Sheets, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Airtable and others, as well as webhooks and Zapier. That breadth can suit teams routing submissions into existing workflows. Security and support signals include SOC 2 and GDPR, two-factor authentication, SSO and SAML, email, ticket, phone and documentation support, and 24/7 support. Enterprise buyers should note that HIPAA plans are coming soon and current plans do not include a BAA. FormBuilder fits teams that want prompt-assisted drafts, branching, payments or shared analytics; those requiring native apps or a current HIPAA arrangement should look elsewhere.
