Form-Data combines an AI form builder with a submission-processing backend for developers, freelancers, and agencies. Forms can be generated from a written prompt, edited in a text-based studio, shared as standalone links, or embedded on a website. Its developer orientation also shows in options to manage form descriptors as code or connect custom forms to the service. It is a fit for people who want form creation and submission handling together, rather than a basic form editor alone.

The product’s core pricing is based on submission credits: $9.50 buys 1,000 credits as a one-time purchase, credits do not expire, and one credit equals one submission. Spam submissions do not count. Each account also receives 100 free lifetime credits, but that is not a recurring monthly free plan. Optional workspace add-ons include Teams, custom domains, no-bounce email protection, extended data retention, and form branding, each priced at $4 per workspace per month. File uploads cost $4 per workspace per 1GB per month, with a listed $4/GB month-end overage charge. A Power-up bundle includes six listed add-ons.
