Floways is church management software for congregations, ministries, and faith-based nonprofits that need event registration and ticketing connected to people records, payments, check-ins, groups, bookings, communications, websites, and mobile apps. Its event tools support free and paid signups, custom forms with conditional logic, capacity limits, automatic waitlists, confirmations, reminders, reporting, and CSV export. Web, iOS, and Android access supports use across registration and check-in workflows.
Pricing is modular. The Build Your Subscription plan lets churches choose required modules, with People, Giving, Registrations, and Ticketing available free. Registrations has no monthly charge for events and includes custom forms, capacity limits, and waitlists; paid registrations incur standard processing fees. Ticketing has no monthly fee and includes mobile check-in and self-service kiosks, with per-ticket platform fees. Floways Core costs AUD 99 per month and includes every available module except Sites and App, with nine modules at unlimited tiers and a 30-day trial without a card. Floways Complete costs AUD 169 per month and adds every module, Sites Ultimate, App Ultimate, and the Church Hub shared app. Large churches with 500+ members can use custom subscription pricing, volume rebates, and Dedicated Support.
