FloorPlan AI is a browser-based tool for generating and editing residential floor plans. Homeowners, architects, designers, builders and real-estate teams can start with guided inputs or free-text prompts, then adjust rooms, walls, dimensions, doors and windows in a web editor. AI-assisted chat changes, 3D previews, rendered floor plans, and interior and exterior visualizations support exploring a layout before export. Its feature set suits people developing residential concepts; it is less suited to work that needs a broader design tool beyond floor planning and related visualizations.
The free plan provides limited AI floor plan generation, limited text-to-plan generation, four credits, 3D viewing, limited renders and unlimited projects. The one-time Project Pack costs $9.90 and includes full AI and text-to-plan generation, 3D viewing, renders, unlimited projects and unlimited PNG export. Pro costs $20 per month and adds unlimited PNG and DWG/DXF exports alongside the generation and rendering features.
