Our verdict on Flip

Flip is an employee experience platform for frontline and deskless workers who may not have corporate email, a desk or a company laptop. It brings employee news, targeted communication channels, discussions, chats, searchable knowledge, HR self-service, workflows, identity management and AI capabilities into one employee app. Access is available through web, Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, making it suitable for organizations that need to reach employees across locations and device types.

Pricing is quote-based and requires contact with sales. The published plans include a lightweight pilot lasting a few weeks, while the product is not offered as a free plan. That approach may suit organizations that want to assess a coordinated rollout with vendor involvement, but it gives buyers less immediate visibility into budgeting than a publicly itemized plan structure.
