FleetGS is a web and mobile fleet management platform for UK businesses operating vehicles and mobile workforces. It is aimed at small and mid-sized fleets in construction, trades, logistics and field service. Managers can oversee vehicles, alerts, records and reporting through the web platform, while drivers use iOS or Android apps for jobs, inspections, incidents, expenses and work tracking. Its scope brings vehicle oversight and mobile workforce administration into one product rather than focusing only on GPS tracking.
The published plans show a modular pricing structure. Vehicle tracking and fleet administration costs £6 per vehicle per month and includes live GPS tracking, geofencing, expiry reminders and driving behaviour alerts. Driver and compliance adds £2 per standard user per month for checks, defects, incidents, proof of delivery, expenses, DVSA compliance tools and driver documents. Jobs and client management adds £5 per standard user per month for dispatch, scheduling, customer records, job completion and GPS-verified history. Hardware is purchased separately: the FMC880 costs £60 per device, the FMC920 costs £55, and the FMC150 costs £85. A 14-day free trial is available.
FleetGS is strongest when a business needs connected workflows across tracking, compliance, maintenance and field service. Mileage- and calendar-based maintenance reminders, photo-backed walkarounds, manager sign-off, audit trails, fuel-card imports and fuel reporting extend its usefulness beyond location monitoring. The platform supports web, iOS and Android, with integrations for RAM Tracking, Teltonika and GeoTab. Its modular structure suits fleets that want to select driver or job functions as needed, but organizations seeking a narrowly focused tracker may find the wider operational scope unnecessary. Choose FleetGS for UK fleet oversight with compliance and job management; consider an alternative if you need a simpler tracking-only setup or a different ecosystem fit.
