Our verdict on Fitrix ERP

Fitrix ERP is an integrated enterprise resource planning suite for small and medium-size manufacturers and wholesale distributors. It brings together manufacturing, distribution, accounting, and CRM modules, with support for make-to-order, make-to-stock, and job-shop production. Cost accounting capabilities include standard costing with historical, future, and simulated costs, standard-versus-actual cost comparison, variance reporting, and management of labor, overhead, materials, and outside processes. Its 1987 founding year gives the product a long operating history in this category.

Pricing is structured around three paid cloud plans, each starting at $25 per first user per month with monthly billing. Multi-Tenant Cloud includes cloud hosting, named users, 10 GB of storage per user, and unlimited total database storage. Multi-Tenant Modifiable Cloud adds Fitrix Team modifications, while Single-Tenant Modifiable Cloud provides a single-tenant deployment and modifications by Fitrix Team or the customer team. The modifiable options also include monthly platform fees. A 14-day trial is available, and the product can also be deployed on premises. Buyers should assess the cost of modifications, platform fees, implementation, and training alongside the per-user price.

Fitrix is strongest when costing must connect directly to production orders, bills of materials, routing, capacity requirements planning, purchasing, inventory, sales order entry, and the general ledger. Work centers, machines, teams, and departments support detailed routing and cost management, while job costs can be rolled up across production activities. The product is less suited to organizations seeking a narrow standalone costing tool or documented AI features. Actual Costing is documented as coming soon, so buyers requiring that capability immediately should examine the current costing scope carefully. Manufacturers wanting integrated ERP costing at a clearly stated entry price are the natural fit.
