Our verdict on Fit by Hermes
Fit by Hermes is studio operations software for class-based Pilates, fitness, and yoga businesses. It is aimed at boutique operators, particularly studios with one to three locations managing reformer capacity, class packs, waitlists, late cancellations, no-shows, and front-desk exceptions. The product brings together class booking, roster management, check-ins, packages, memberships, payment context, staff coverage, and member follow-up in workflows organized around each class.
Pricing is straightforward: the Founding Partner plan is €199 per location per month, billed monthly. It includes scheduling, check-in, and packages, along with guided onboarding and migration help, a direct implementation loop, and no per-booking fees. There is no free plan. The per-location structure may suit operators who want predictable monthly pricing, while studios comparing costs across several sites should account for each location separately.
Its strongest distinction is the depth of its Pilates-oriented capacity workflows. Reformer, mat, private-session, and small-group formats are addressed alongside waitlists, late-cancel and no-show workflows, substitute requests, token-based self-check-in, retention signals, and operator-reviewed AI proposals. That combination is relevant for teams coordinating varied session types and instructor coverage. Some online booking, roster, waitlist, recovery, and capacity workflows are described as controlled rollout and confirmed during onboarding, so availability is part of the implementation discussion. Fit by Hermes suits Pilates operators testing specialized workflows; studios seeking a broader platform ecosystem or a more established maturity record should compare other options.
