FireFlo is a hosted CPaaS platform for enterprises, growing teams and resellers that need SMS gateway functions alongside social messaging and cloud telephony. Its Enterprise SMS module supports bulk, transactional and OTP messaging through SMPP, HTTP and REST APIs. Routing, delivery reports, two-way messaging, throughput controls and consent handling make it suited to API-first teams managing operational or campaign messaging at scale.
Pricing is structured around monthly platform tenancy. Starter costs $149 per month and includes up to 3 agent seats, one WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger connection, one sender ID, one voice number, standard analytics and business-hours support. Growth costs $599 per month and raises capacity to 15 agent seats, adds multiple Meta channels and numbers, campaign tools, automations, advanced analytics, exports and priority support with a named contact. Enterprise includes unlimited seats, sub-tenants, a white-label portal, multiple carriers, SIP trunks, a custom SLA with 24x7 support, single sign-on, audit logs and granular roles.
