FIELDBOSS is a cloud-based field service and business management platform for HVAC contractors, including commercial HVAC and construction companies. It brings scheduling, dispatch, work orders, estimates, quotes, invoicing, maintenance contracts, equipment records, accounting, reporting, and technician workflows into one system. Its web, iOS, and Android availability supports office teams and technicians working in the field, while customer portals, QuickBooks synchronization, and Microsoft integrations extend its operational reach.
The pricing structure is organized around Rapid Onboarding, Complete Onboarding, and Enterprise packages. Each tier is available as a Mobile User License or Back Office License, while implementation is offered through Rapid Onboarding and Complete Onboarding options.
