FeedbackPulse is employee engagement and feedback software for growing teams. It brings recurring pulse, eNPS, engagement, onboarding, and exit surveys together with anonymous responses, recognition, performance reviews, 360-degree feedback, peer reviews, dashboards, and AI-generated insights. Managers and people leaders can schedule surveys, review aggregated trends, and connect employee feedback with structured review workflows through a web application.
Its plan structure makes the product accessible to smaller teams while keeping a broad feature set available. The Free plan costs $0 per month and supports teams up to 10 people, with up to five active and scheduled surveys, basic dashboards and insights, recognition and feedback, and email support. Pro costs $4 per employee per month when billed annually and adds unlimited surveys, performance reviews, 360-degree feedback, eNPS benchmarks, AI insights and reporting, and priority support. Max costs $8 per employee per month annually and adds advanced analytics, goals, Slack, and Microsoft Teams integrations. Enterprise adds dedicated account and success management, security reviews and legal support, custom integrations and SLAs, and flexible contracting and procurement.
FeedbackPulse fits teams that want to connect regular listening with recognition and formal review processes rather than operate a survey-only tool. Its privacy threshold requires three responses for anonymous survey results, while custom survey building, automated scheduling, team breakdowns, and trend dashboards support ongoing analysis. Slack invitations and reminders extend the workflow, and Model Context Protocol access supports Claude Desktop, Claude.ai, and Claude Code. Teams needing native API functionality today or a narrower, simpler feedback tool may prefer an alternative; teams seeking a feature-rich engagement system with a free entry tier are the stronger fit.
