Our verdict on Fakturia
Fakturia handles subscription and recurring contract billing for businesses that need invoice automation, payment reminders, and customer self-service. Its functions cover upgrades and downgrades, recurring invoice creation and email delivery, flat-fee and volume pricing, and prorated billing when a plan changes mid-cycle. It also supports multiple currencies and provides a portal where customers can manage contracts, details, invoices, and cancellations. SaaS companies, startups, scale-ups, and established businesses are among the audiences described by the vendor; its German accounting and invoice-format features make it particularly relevant to European operations.
Pricing has two different models at the entry level. FLEX one has no fixed monthly base fee and charges 1.9% of monthly net revenue; it includes 7,500 API calls per month, three users, and standard support. FLEX two also has no fixed base fee, charges 2.4% of monthly net revenue, and adds VAT ID validation and the DATEV interface. Professional costs €139 per month, with no net-revenue fee, premium support, and multi-currency billing. Enterprise lists Private Cloud hosting, unlimited users, and premium support.
