Fair Flow is salon operations software for hair salons, nail salons, spas, and multi-location beauty businesses. It brings staff scheduling, time clocks, availability records, time-off requests, shift swaps, extra-shift requests, and employee communication into one platform. The product also covers walk-in queues, digital service tickets, tasks, inventory, training, and documents. It is aimed at busy teams, particularly salons with 10 or more employees and walk-in traffic, and is designed to complement existing client appointment-booking software rather than replace it.
The published plans show a paid product with a 14-day free trial. Base — first location costs $99 per location per month and includes the turn system and queue, smart schedule and time clock, employee requests and inbox, inventory, training and documents, and unlimited staff. More locations cost $79 per additional location per month, with the full platform for each extra location, separate staff and schedules, and shared company management.
