Our verdict on EZRentOut
EZRentOut is cloud-based equipment rental software for rental businesses and field teams. It brings together asset and inventory tracking, bookings, availability calendars, rental orders, returns, check-in and check-out workflows, maintenance work orders, customer management, invoicing, and rental webstores. Browser access, iOS and Android apps, and a REST API support office, field, and custom integration workflows. It is best suited to businesses that need rental operations and asset control in the same system rather than a narrow inventory register.

Growth includes bookings and availability calendars, a mobile app, multiple payment integrations, custom reports, and a rental webstore.
