Our verdict on EZOfficeInventory (EZO EAM)

EZOfficeInventory, now presented by EZO as EZO EAM, is cloud-based asset management software for organizations tracking equipment, tools, inventory and supplies across teams and locations. It is aimed at small teams, multi-team operations and enterprise-scale equipment programs that need asset records, reservations, check-in and check-out workflows, custody history, barcode and QR-code scanning, mobile access, maintenance records and reporting. Web, iOS, Android and REST API access support teams working across offices, field operations and connected systems.

The paid plans expand in clear stages. Essential covers asset tracking and checkouts, multi-location support, barcode and QR labels, mobile access and unlimited users subject to a fair-use policy. Advanced adds custom fields and reports, team-based access controls, purchase orders, audits, scanner support and RFID support. Premium adds a Request Portal, GPS integrated tracking, automations, integrations, utilization and ROI insights, and AI-powered features. Enterprise adds unlimited stock units, offline mobile mode, dispatch, telematics and usage intelligence, and an enterprise-grade CMMS. A 15-day trial is available.

EZO EAM is strongest when asset custody, availability and location matter across multiple sites. Its integrations include Zendesk, Jira, Google Workspace, Okta, OneLogin, Delinea, Ping Identity, Dropbox, OneDrive, Zendesk Sunshine, Topaz Systems, Zapier, and GPS and hardware integrations. The REST API adds another route for connecting operational systems. Organizations needing maintenance workflows, RFID, GPS or telematics can move into higher tiers, while teams seeking a simpler tracker or a free plan should consider alternatives with a narrower scope or lower entry requirements.
