ExtraflowDoc is a web-based document builder for sales teams, agencies, consultants, contractors, and other businesses that create more than proposals. It supports estimates, quotes, proposals, invoices, agreements, purchase orders, delivery notes, work orders, and custom documents. Reusable templates can pull customer, deal, product, and custom-field data from CRM workflows, while secure link sharing, PDF export, and built-in e-signatures support the document lifecycle.
Pricing is structured around monthly plans. The Free plan costs $0 per month and includes unlimited users, the full document range, templates, Pipedrive and monday.com integrations, e-signatures, CPQ, tiered pricing, volume discounts, and multiple taxes. Basic is $14.99 per month, Standard is $24.99, Advanced is $49.99, Pro is $89.99, Ultra is $149.99, and Max is $199.99; these plans list the same core highlights and unlimited users. The separate Unlimited plan costs $49.99 per user per month, adds unlimited documents, and lists Pipedrive integration. This gives buyers a wide set of document and pricing capabilities, but the integration choice is concentrated around two CRM platforms.
Its strongest differentiator is pricing control for complex sales documents. Users can create multiple quotation tables, apply tiered pricing and volume discounts, calculate prices using price, markup, or profit margin, and add multiple taxes, discounts, and fees. Product catalog search with variations and images further supports detailed quotes. E-signatures add signer verification and audit trails. Choose ExtraflowDoc if your team needs many document types, CRM autofill, and configurable pricing rules in a web workflow. Consider an alternative if broad integrations, deeper analytics, or a non-web platform are central requirements.
