A focused iPad event-operations tool with offline check-in and onsite badge printing.

EventFlow is event operations software for chambers of commerce, conferences, trade shows, nonprofits, and other event organizers. It brings event creation, attendee management, QR-code and name-search check-in, onsite badge printing, kiosk check-in, offline operation, analytics, session tracking, and exhibitor registration into one product. Its strongest fit is for teams running check-in from iPads or tablets, especially when events need continued operation without a constant connection.
The plan structure moves from testing and basic check-in to full event operations. Sandbox includes unlimited events, real QR and name-search check-in, basic attendee import, and badge design preview, but printing is locked. Starter adds unlimited check-in stations, mobile check-in, attendee imports, a real-time dashboard, CSV exports, and email support. Standard adds badge printing, kiosk self-check-in, offline check-in, attendee search, real-time analytics, and multi-device check-in. Pro expands into multi-day event management, staff tools, advanced reporting, session tracking, and CE credits. Unlimited Ops, Operator License, and Enterprise add broader event capacity, integrations, API access, administration, custom branding, workflows, SSO/SAML, and dedicated support options.
EventFlow’s standout capability is the combination of offline check-in, automatic synchronization, and on-demand badge printing. Real-time multi-station analytics, CSV or Excel imports, vendor and exhibitor registration, booth selection, and session tracking extend it beyond a basic check-in app. CRM, webhook, API, and Auction App connections provide additional ecosystem options across higher plans. The trade-off is platform scope: EventFlow is built around iOS workflows, so organizations needing broader platform coverage should consider another option. Choose it for iPad-based event operations with printing, kiosks, and offline continuity; avoid it if cross-platform deployment is essential.
EventFlow pros and cons
- Where it wins
- Offline check-in synchronizes automatically across devices.
- On-demand badge printing and kiosk self-check-in support onsite operations.
- Imports, analytics, session tracking, and exhibitor registration cover broad event needs.
- Where it doesn't
- Platform support is limited to iOS.
- Badge printing is locked on the Sandbox plan.
- Advanced operations and integrations are reserved for higher tiers.
