EUCLM review
A European-focused contract platform combining AI review, workflows and eIDAS signatures.

EUCLM is a cloud contract lifecycle management platform for legal teams and organizations that need to centralize contracts and review them in European languages. It is aimed at European legal teams, real-estate agencies, accounting and advisory firms, and small-to-medium businesses, with plans extending to enterprise organizations. Its repository brings contract records together, while explainable AI extracts parties, dates, clauses and risks. Approval and redlining workflows, contract exports and built-in simple electronic signatures cover the work around review as well as the analysis itself.
Language and data handling are central to EUCLM's fit. Its interface and extraction support Spanish, English, French, German and Italian, and the service stores data in the European Union. Risk analysis is designed to flag problematic clauses, auto-renewals and compliance gaps, making the product relevant to teams reviewing contracts across more than one language. EUCLM also lists GDPR and eIDAS simple electronic signatures. Teams that need a broader integration ecosystem should check the current availability carefully: API and ERP/CRM integrations are shown as coming soon on the Team plan, despite REST API and webhooks appearing among the product features.
According to the published monthly plans, Starter costs €55 and includes explainable-AI extraction and risk analysis, eIDAS signatures, EU data residency, GDPR and email support. Growth costs €115 and includes everything in Starter; Team costs €210 and includes everything in Growth, with API and ERP/CRM integrations marked as coming soon. Enterprise lists unlimited users and AI credits, SSO, a dedicated SLA and Customer Success, and sovereign-cloud deployment, but no price is shown here. A 14-day trial is available without a required card, while there is no free plan. EUCLM suits teams prioritizing multilingual review and European data residency; teams dependent on available integrations or a free tier should consider alternatives.
