Estima is a cloud CRM for landscape, hardscape, irrigation, lighting, snow, and lawn-care businesses. It brings estimating, property measurement, proposals, scheduling, route management, project tracking, invoicing, online payments, and QuickBooks Online synchronization into one system. Maintenance companies can manage recurring visits and renewals, while design-build teams get hardscape and pool configurators, change orders, milestone payments, and project management tools.
Pricing is structured around three monthly plans. Maintenance costs $200 per month and includes maintenance estimating, map-based measuring, recurring route scheduling, recurring billing, QuickBooks Online sync, and a client portal. Hardscape costs $270 per month and adds installation estimating, hardscape and pool configurators, project management, branded proposals, e-signature, and change orders. Complete costs $400 per month, combining maintenance and hardscape capabilities with recurring routes, large projects, billing and renewals, profitability, job costing, and priority support. The pricing page also shows a 50% launch promotion for the first three months. Annual billing is available, and the Estima Crew app is priced separately by crew.
