Our verdict on ESO Fire
ESO Fire brings fire incident documentation and operational workflows into a cloud-based platform for fire departments. Its scope includes incident reporting, personnel records and credentials, staff scheduling, property records and inspections, asset tracking, digital checklists, hydrant maintenance and mapping, and permits and approvals. The vendor positions it for departments of different sizes, from small to enterprise. It is a fit for teams that need to manage records and compliance alongside department operations, rather than a system centered on dispatch or emergency calls.
A notable strength is the connection between incident records and reporting requirements. Fire Incidents supports guided, validated reporting and automated NERIS submission, while the wider platform links records with operational workflows. Scheduling covers shift swaps and time-off workflows; inspection and asset tools extend the system beyond incident documentation to ongoing property and equipment management. Cloud deployment is the listed option, and the vendor says data is hosted in Microsoft Azure. Mobile field access is included in the product specifications, while web is the listed platform.
ESO Fire is sold through a contact-sales model: prospective customers are directed to request a demo, and there is no free plan. Its listed integration is ESO Electronic Health Record (EHR), which may matter to departments already working with that product. Support is offered through tickets. The product does not include dispatch management or emergency-call handling, so departments seeking an all-in-one public safety system for call intake and dispatch should look elsewhere. Fire departments focused on incident records, NERIS reporting, inspections, staffing, and compliance workflows are the more natural fit.
