Its AI-native ATS includes CV parsing, job-fit ranking, candidate pipelines, and automated workflows. Recruiters can run one-way interviews with video, audio, or text responses, or use conversational interviews with adaptive follow-up questions. The platform also supports coding, aptitude, communication, psychometric, and custom assessments, making it suitable for both technical and non-technical hiring.
The published plans show a free plan and a Standard tier at $30 per month, with an AI-native ATS, CV parsing and AI resume screening, AI interviews, skill assessments with AI proctoring, two recruiter seats, and 10 free credits to start.
