Epicflow is a project portfolio and resource management platform for organizations running concurrent projects with shared teams. It combines scheduling, task prioritization, capacity planning, workload analysis, resource allocation, dashboards, timesheets, budget management, and scenario analysis. Its web, iOS, and Android availability suits teams that need portfolio-level planning alongside day-to-day project work.

Its focus is coordinating work across projects rather than replacing every execution tool. AI-calculated prioritization accounts for cross-project tasks, while Gantt charts show task, milestone, and resource dependencies. Capacity forecasts and resource allocation based on competencies, availability, and capacity help planners assess workload; what-if scenarios support evaluating project changes. Epicflow also offers a pipeline view, progress tracking, reporting, and budgets. Integrations include Jira, Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera, SAP, HRM systems, and custom integrations, so it can connect with existing project or business systems.

According to the vendor's pricing page, Growth costs €22.50 per user per month with annual billing or €25 per person per month with monthly billing. Both Growth options cover 20 to 50 users, up to 50 projects, and a maximum of 250 tasks. Enterprise supports 50 to unlimited users, unlimited projects, and 2000+ tasks, with pricing available through sales. A 30-day trial is offered, but there is no free plan. Epicflow is worth considering when cross-project prioritization and resource forecasting are central needs; teams with smaller portfolios or seeking a free option should compare alternatives.
