Our verdict on Entexia Procurement
Entexia Procurement is a cloud procurement module for European businesses, particularly small and midsize companies bringing purchasing, inventory and finance workflows into one system. It covers purchase-order creation and management, approved-vendor lists, supplier history, partial and full goods receipts, budget checks, overspend approval and procurement analytics by supplier, category and department. Teams can access it through the web, iOS and Android apps, while the broader Entexia ERP platform connects procurement with WMS, Finance and CRM.
Pricing is structured around how much of the Entexia platform a business needs. The Modular — Procurement plan costs €3.40 per user per month when billed monthly and includes the procurement module, with payment limited to selected modules. The Portal plan costs €7.50 per user per month monthly and includes all modules, including Finance, CRM, HR, WMS and procurement. A Micro-business flat rate costs €149 per year for businesses with up to 5 employees and includes Finance, CRM and basic HR. The Enterprise plan adds SSO and LDAP, a dedicated server, a custom SLA, and audit and compliance capabilities. A 7-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan.
Its strongest fit is for teams that need structured purchasing controls without separating procurement from operational systems. Approval flows can vary by purchase-order value, while automatic three-way matching compares purchase orders, receipts and invoices. Integrations include Pantheon, Minimax SI, SAOP iCenter SI, Birokrat SI, Vasco SI, e-Računi.com SI, Odoo, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, Magento, BigCommerce and Salesforce. Choose Entexia Procurement if mobile access, budget control and accounting or business-system connections matter; teams seeking only a narrow purchase-order tool may prefer a more focused product.
