Enterprise Print Manager is Plus Technologies software for organizations managing Windows printing environments at scale. It centralizes printer queues and drivers, supports direct IP printing without requiring print servers, and also works with print-server printing. A self-service installation portal lets users install pre-approved printers, while print-usage data supports reporting and chargeback. The product is aimed at IT teams that need centralized administration, printer deployment controls, troubleshooting visibility, and high-availability options.
Pricing is handled through contact sales, with three licensing models. The Perpetual right-to-use license includes a perpetual software license and first-year technical support. The Subscription license provides a limited-term license with technical support included. Large enterprise customers can use the Custom facilities license, which supports either perpetual or limited-term licensing. This structure gives organizations a choice between ownership, term-based licensing, and customized arrangements for larger facilities. A free, no-obligation evaluation is also offered.
Its strongest fit is a Windows-based, on-premises environment that needs more than basic printer deployment. Type 3 and Type 4 driver support, automated updates, workstation and application-server failover, detailed audit logs, and troubleshooting capabilities address operational administration and continuity. Usage data collection adds a clear reporting and chargeback function. However, the Windows-only platform and on-premises deployment narrow its fit for organizations seeking cross-platform or cloud-first management. Secure release printing is not provided, so teams that require controlled document release should consider a product built around that capability instead. Enterprise Print Manager suits Windows enterprises prioritizing queue administration, driver control, resilience, and reporting.
