Our verdict on EnGenius Cloud
EnGenius Cloud is a cloud-based platform for deploying, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting EnGenius access points and related networking devices. It fits small and medium-sized businesses, retail, hospitality, service providers, and managed service providers that need centralized administration across multiple sites. Web, iOS, Android, and API access support administration from different environments, while hierarchy views and multi-tenant design help organize networks and organizations.
Pricing is structured around a free Basic plan and device-specific Cloud PRO licenses. Basic requires no license and includes cloud network management, hierarchy view, multi-tenant design, two-factor authentication, a network dashboard, and scheduled firmware upgrades. Cloud PRO starts at $50 per access point per year with annual billing. A 3-year license costs $120 per access point for 3 years, and a 5-year license costs $150 per access point for 5 years. These paid tiers add advanced Cloud PRO features, API integration support, and technical support. A 90-day PRO trial is also available.
