It brings client records, recurring workflows, tasks, deadlines, documents, communications, proposals, engagement letters, time tracking, and billing-related processes into one web platform. Its secure client portal supports document exchange and communication, while dashboards, custom fields, checklists, filtering, and colleague tagging help firms organize client work. The product is aimed at firms that want broad core practice-management tools without pricing based on user count.

The plan includes unlimited users and the full product feature set, while pricing is based on client count rather than seats.
