Embrace User Session Insights is an error monitoring product for mobile engineering and product teams that need to understand how crashes, ANRs, exceptions, and errors affect individual users. It combines technical and behavioral events in session timelines, connecting issues with taps, network calls, webviews, push notifications, app versions, devices, and locations. Web, iOS, and Android coverage makes it suitable for teams tracking interrupted journeys across multiple platforms.
Its strongest capability is the connection between issue detection and user impact analysis. Teams can inspect individual timelines, filter and segment sessions, compare release health between app versions, and review crash, exception, network, and webview activity in context. JavaScript exception tracking, source-map uploads, alerts on exception rates and resurfaced exceptions, and session replay extend the view beyond a conventional error list. OpenTelemetry and Grafana integrations support an existing observability ecosystem, while traces and API access are included in Pro.
The published plans use session-based pricing. Free includes up to 1 million sessions per year, up to 3 users, and 3-day event data retention. Pro starts at $80 per 100,000 sessions for 1M–5M sessions, with 14-day retention, up to 10 users, traces, and API access. Enterprise adds custom pricing, 30-day retention, unlimited users, and custom metrics and workflow features. A 30-day free trial is also available.
