Emayler is a custom-domain email hosting service for developers, individuals, small teams, and organizations that need managed mailboxes alongside automation tools. It provides inbound and outbound email, a hosted three-pane web inbox, folders, threading, search, labels, aliases, send-as identities, and full message storage with spam quarantine. The service is currently presented as being in private beta; inbound mail is available immediately, while outbound sending follows domain review. Its strongest fit is for teams building email infrastructure or workflows around an API rather than users seeking a conventional desktop and mobile mail client.

The published yearly plans cover a broad range of mailbox needs. Free includes 1 mailbox, unlimited aliases, 1 GB storage, 30-day message retention, web inbox access, and community support. Basic costs $5 per month and adds 2 mailboxes, 1 custom domain, 10 GB storage, 500 sends per month, and unlimited retention. Starter costs $8 per month with 3 mailboxes, 15 GB storage, and 2,000 sends per month. Pro costs $13 per month with 5 mailboxes, 3 custom domains, 50 GB storage, 6,000 sends per month, and resumable IMAP import. Studio costs $39 per month with 15 mailboxes, unlimited domains, 225 GB storage, 20,000 sends per month, and multi-tenant organization management. Custom adds unlimited mailboxes and domains, dedicated infrastructure, volume storage pricing, and custom DPA and SLA terms.

Emayler’s main distinction is its infrastructure and integration layer: the REST API covers domains, mailboxes, identities, messages, and imports, while webhooks and agent/MCP tools support event-driven workflows. DNS setup includes MX, SPF, DMARC, DKIM, and ownership records, and IMAP migration can resume after interruption. The trade-off is a deliberately narrow client experience. IMAP and SMTP access are unavailable, the inbox is web-only, and mobile apps are not provided. Choose Emayler for programmable, domain-controlled email hosting; choose another service if standard mail-client access or mobile-first use is essential.
