Emarox Map is a browser-based route planning and transport-cost tool for logistics companies, freight forwarders and fleet operators. Its desktop panel plans routes across Europe, calculates road charges and operating costs, and estimates net profit before departure. Fleet owners and dispatchers can also use cargo planning, tachograph calculations, currency conversion and driver route sharing within the same workspace.

Published monthly plans are priced per seat: Solo costs €19 for 1–2 seats, Team costs €17 for 3–9 seats, and Fleet costs €15 for 10 or more seats. A seven-day trial is available, with a card required, and there is no free plan. The feature set centers on European transport economics, including tolls, vignettes, ferries, bridges, tunnels, fuel, driver costs and overheads. Its 3D cargo-load planner supports AI stacking and collision detection, while the AI scanner extracts route points from text, photos and CMR documents. A currency calculator uses NBP exchange rates, and a tachograph tool calculates driving time.

Emarox Map runs in the cloud through the web and integrates with Google Maps for route export and driver sharing; Stripe is also listed as an integration. Route history and team workstations support ongoing fleet coordination, while email and phone are available as support channels. The product is a focused fit for European fleets that need cost visibility and cargo planning rather than a broad field-service suite. Organizations requiring sales-visit scheduling, territory management, appointment windows or CRM connections should choose a tool built around those workflows instead.
