EmailHosting.com is a paid hosted email service for individuals and organizations that want browser-based webmail alongside standard email-client access. It supports custom domains, aliases, calendar, contacts, tasks, spam and virus filtering, mail rules, forwarding, archiving, and two-step sign-in. Accounts are available through web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android environments, with Outlook, Apple Mail, and Thunderbird listed as integrations. Business plans support multiple mailboxes and shared collaboration features.
Pricing is divided across four Personal plans. Personal Basic costs $19.96 per user per year and includes 1 GB of storage, one mailbox, and a 10-day free trial. Personal Power costs $6.75 per user per month with 10 GB, while Personal Ultimate costs $8.25 per user per month with 25 GB. Personal Deluxe costs $9.75 per user per month with 100 GB. Each Personal plan includes one mailbox and a 10-day free trial. The storage increases are clear, but the entry tier is limited to 1 GB, so users with larger mail archives will need a higher plan.
Migration is a notable strength for organizations moving from Exchange hosting. EmailHosting.com includes IMAP and Exchange migration tools, while its administration features cover mailbox and domain management. The combination of standard protocols and desktop-client integrations also suits users who do not want to rely solely on webmail. Choose it for traditional hosted email, custom-domain support, administrative controls, and migration assistance. Users seeking a free option or more than one mailbox within a Personal plan should consider alternatives.
