Elvanto is a cloud-based church management and event registration platform for churches and ministry teams. Its event tools cover recurring scheduling, multiple calendars, custom registration forms, ticket types, registration limits, discount codes, part payments, and online or offline payment collection. Attendance can be recorded through QR codes, barcodes, ticket numbers, or attendee names, making it suited to churches that organize events and need registration and check-in in the same system. It also includes guest lists, invitations, RSVP tracking, reminders, member records, volunteer scheduling, child check-in, communications, reporting, and financial tools.
Pricing is paid and organized around the number of active adults rather than event-attendee capacity. The 50 Plan costs US$19 per month for up to 50 active adults, while the 100 Plan costs US$39 per month for up to 100 active adults. A plan for a selected number of active adults costs US$78 per month. The published pricing also shows annual prices for the 50 Plan and 100 Plan, along with a setup cost. Churches should therefore match the plan to their active-adult count while separately considering the size and frequency of their events.
Elvanto fits churches that want check-in connected to a wider ministry administration system. Google Calendar support, calendar embedding, payment integrations with Stripe, PayPal, and Tithely Payment Gateway, plus communication integrations such as Mailchimp, Twilio, BulkSMS, and SMSBroadcast, extend its event workflow. It is available through web, macOS, iOS, Android, and an API. Choose it when registration, payments, reminders, and attendance belong in one platform; choose a narrower check-in product when event attendance is the only requirement.
