The product is suited to full-service elevator companies that need operational coordination alongside inspection and compliance records, rather than teams looking for dispatch alone.
The plans add capabilities in clear stages. Starter includes dispatch, work orders, preventive-maintenance scheduling, a 48-state compliance engine, ASME inspection checklists, a technician mobile PWA, and a read-only customer portal.
