It is designed for independent and international schools that need one database for admissions, student records, academic management, assessment, attendance, reporting, finance, communications, boarding, transport and human resources. Admissions can include waiting lists, assessments, interviews and online applications, while centralized records include marks history, attendance and behavioural observations. Parent, staff, student and alumni portals, along with a mobile app, extend access beyond administrators.
The published plan structure is an Annual agreement. All modules and the app are included, with pricing scoped to each school's size and circumstances and no per-module charge. That makes the commercial model straightforward at the module level, while the contact-sales approach means schools need a tailored pricing discussion.
