EasyTenant is a cloud console for managed service providers and technicians administering multiple clients’ Microsoft 365 tenants. It brings recurring account and Exchange tasks into one interface, including password and 2FA resets, license changes, shared mailbox and delegation operations, and out-of-office replies. Its fleet-wide search and per-technician permissions suit small MSPs that need to handle day-to-day work across client environments rather than manage a single organization’s tenant.
The operational scope is practical and specific: technicians can view purchased, assigned, and remaining licenses per tenant, then assign or remove licenses for individual users. Shared mailbox and delegation tasks are also covered, while the audit log records successful and failed operations. These controls can help teams keep routine administration visible and separate permissions by technician.
