Our verdict on EasyDP
EasyDP is a cloud data-protection compliance platform for Indian businesses implementing the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. It brings together consent collection and withdrawal tracking, multilingual privacy notices, customer request handling, breach-notification workflows, and timestamped, tamper-evident audit logs. The customer request portal covers access, correction, and erasure rights, while the customer list and compliance dashboard provide a central view of privacy activity. Web, API, email, WhatsApp, SMS, offline workflows, CSV imports, and named ecommerce integrations make it suitable for small businesses that need practical privacy basics rather than a broad enterprise governance suite.

The Free plan costs INR 0 forever and includes a customer list, compliance dashboard, permission requests by email and web form, a customer request portal for all DPDP rights, and one user. Starter costs INR 299 per month and adds WhatsApp and SMS permission requests, live sync with existing software, scheduled exports, and support.
