easybook.studio is web-based booking and payment software for Pilates, yoga, fitness, dance and wellness studios, plus independent instructors. It covers online class and event booking, recurring classes and workshops, waitlists, attendance check-in, memberships, class passes, customer profiles and booking history. Studios can also offer an embeddable booking widget and customer portal, while instructors can use a dedicated plan with studio connections and rental invoicing.

The pricing structure suits small operations testing a booking system. The Free plan costs €0 per month and includes unlimited bookings, 25 customers, one team member and cash payments only. Basic costs €10 per month and adds online payments, 500 customers and 10 team members. Growing costs €25 per month with online payments, 1,000 customers and 100 team members. Business costs €49 per month and includes unlimited customers, unlimited team members and unlimited bookings. The Instructor plan costs €5 per month for independent instructors, with 500 customers, one team member, studio connections and rental invoicing. A 30-day trial is also available.

For daily studio administration, the feature set is broader than a simple calendar: recurring payments and automatic renewals, automatic waitlist promotion, participant lists, occupancy and revenue reports, and customer self-service are all included in the product description. Stripe and PayPal support the payment workflow, while Whereby and Eversports are listed integrations. The main boundaries are its web-only platform and the Free plan’s customer, team-member and cash-payment limits. New studios that need affordable booking, memberships and payments should consider easybook.studio; larger or more established businesses may prefer an alternative if they require a broader platform footprint.
