Easify is a Windows business-management application for small businesses and multi-department companies that need inventory, sales, purchasing and accounting functions in one system. Its inventory tools cover stock-level tracking, allocation, reorder levels, low-stock colour indicators, barcode scanning and label printing. The wider suite adds EPOS sales and payments, purchase receiving, sales orders, quotes, invoicing, customer management, bookkeeping and VAT reporting. WooCommerce synchronization makes it particularly relevant to UK businesses selling through WooCommerce stores.
The published plans are structured around subscription length rather than feature differences. The 24 Month Subscription costs £18.50 per month when billed annually, while the 12 Month Subscription costs £25.89 per month when billed annually.
