Our verdict on Dyrect
Dyrect brings product registration, digital warranty records, claims, service workflows, and post-sale analytics into one platform for brands that sell physical products. It is aimed at teams that need to manage warranty activity beyond simply recording purchases: customers can register products, check coverage, and follow claim status, while staff can route claims and track repairs, replacements, or refunds. Registration can come through web forms, QR codes, Shopify, or offline channels, and serial-number validation and warranty eligibility checks support the intake process.
Pricing is organized into a free tier and monthly paid plans. Free costs $0 per month and includes 100 lifetime credits. Registration is $19 per month and highlights registration, Shopify integration, and reporting and analytics. Claims costs $49 per month and adds claims management plus repairs and replacements to those listed capabilities. Claims Pro is $149 per month; its published highlights list the same feature set as Claims. Enterprise highlights a shipping module, billing and invoices, phone support, white-glove onboarding, and a dedicated customer success manager. The product also offers a seven-day free trial. For a small brand focused on capturing registrations, Registration is the lower-cost paid entry point; teams needing claim workflows should compare Claims and Claims Pro based on their requirements.
Dyrect’s integrations include Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zendesk, and Zoho Desk. REST API and webhook support provide another route for custom workflows. Analytics cover registrations, claim frequency and costs, defect trends, and warranty revenue, while a customer portal and automated claim-status notifications support post-sale service. The main constraint is that the free tier is credit-limited, and the Registration plan’s highlights do not include claims management. Brands that need an integrated registration-to-service workflow should consider a claims plan; those seeking an on-premises deployment should look elsewhere, since Dyrect is cloud-based.
