Our verdict on Drivant
Drivant is route planning and delivery optimization software for dispatchers and field-service teams. It imports stop data from spreadsheets, groups and sequences stops into routes, and schedules work around delivery or appointment windows and service durations. Native Windows and macOS apps support desktop workflows, while browser-based cloud access is available on Pro. A branded driver PWA and driver companion app extend the product to route execution.
Pricing is structured around progressively broader planning and collaboration capabilities. The Free plan includes one project, three routes, 100 stops, a desktop app, and CSV and .dvnt export. Standard costs $29 per month or $290 per year and adds Route Builder, up to 200 stops per route, Signal Dispatch, the driver companion app, and Excel export. Pro costs $79 per month or $790 per year, with unlimited stops, routes, and projects, time-window schedule optimization, browser access, HERE truck routing, and Mapbox. Teams costs $149 per month or $1,490 per year and adds shared projects, diff review, activity logs, version history, team management, and role-based access. Fleetfully adds unlimited drivers, dispatchers, and seats, plus SSO, an SLA, and dedicated onboarding. A 14-day Pro trial is also available.
The product’s strongest fit is for teams moving from spreadsheet-based planning to structured route building, especially when clustering, TSP sequencing, recurring routes, exports, assignments, and live updates matter. Its export coverage includes Excel, CSV, GPX, KML, and GeoJSON, supporting workflows that need portable route data. Buyers should weigh the tier boundaries: Standard retains a 200-stop-per-route limit, while unlimited planning and browser access start with Pro. Teams collaboration is reserved for the Teams plan, and the listed integration is Fleetfully. Drivant suits dispatch teams that value route-planning depth and file-based workflows; organizations seeking a broader integration ecosystem may prefer an alternative.
