Our verdict on Dogo
Dogo is a mobile dog-training app for owners working on puppy skills, obedience, or behavior issues. It combines guided lessons and training programs with video instructions, personalized recommendations, and progress tracking. Owners can also submit training videos for personalized trainer feedback, making it a fit for people who want guidance beyond a self-directed lesson library. The app is available on iOS and Android.
Its training tools extend beyond lessons: Dogo includes a built-in clicker and puppy whistle, plus reminders for potty and training schedules. It also tracks vaccinations, weight, medication, and grooming. This mix makes the app useful for owners who want training and routine dog-care records together, rather than a narrow lesson-only tool. The trainer feedback feature is asynchronous video submission, not a stated live-session format, so owners seeking scheduled live coaching may prefer another option.
Dogo has no free plan, but offers a 7-day free trial. Premium weekly costs $9.99 per week; Premium monthly costs $29.99 per month; and Premium quarterly costs $49.99 per 3 months. All three plans include unlimited training programs, trainer feedback, a trainer helpline, and vaccine and weight tracking. The published offer also mentions a first-payment promotion, while renewal prices are those listed here; app-store prices and terms can vary by region. Choose Dogo if guided mobile lessons, submitted-video trainer input, and tracking matter to you. It is less suitable if you need a free ongoing tier or prefer training that does not require a recurring subscription.
