Docuflair Redact is document redaction software for organizations that need to identify and permanently remove sensitive information from business records. It is aimed at law firms, healthcare organizations, public authorities, businesses and other teams handling personal or confidential documents. The software supports more than 100 file formats, including PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TIFF, JPG, PNG, MSG and EML. It runs on-premises or in a dedicated private cloud, with web and API access.
Pricing is structured around annual billing. Basic costs €299 per month and includes unlimited projects, 1,000 pages per month, 12,000 pages per year, 5 users and 4 CPU cores. Professional costs €599 per month and raises those allowances to 5,000 pages per month, 60,000 pages per year, 10 users and 8 CPU cores. Enterprise costs €999 per month and includes 15,000 pages per month, 180,000 pages per year, 25 users and 16 CPU cores. Custom provides unlimited volume, unlimited users, individual integrations and an SLA.
