Dispatch is delivery operations software for ecommerce brands managing owned riders and third-party courier partners. It fits D2C brands, quick-commerce operators, retail chains, marketplace sellers, and Indian operations coordinating partner courier networks. The product combines fleet management for vehicles, trips, rider shifts, and attendance with automated courier selection, live rider tracking, customer ETA updates, photo and signature proof of delivery, cash-on-delivery collection, failed-delivery handling, and delivery analytics.
The published plans scale around shipment volume and operational complexity. Starter supports up to 2,000 shipments per month, one hub, up to five riders, and 16+ courier integrations, with email and chat support. Growth raises capacity to 20,000 shipments per month, adds unlimited hubs and riders, rate cards, SLA dashboards, NDR automation, reattempt workflows, and priority support. Enterprise adds unlimited shipments, a dedicated success manager, custom integrations and SLAs, SSO, advanced roles, and uptime and support guarantees.
