Our verdict on DevDynamics

DevDynamics is an engineering analytics platform for teams that need visibility into software delivery, engineering performance, developer experience, and workload allocation. It brings together DORA metrics, cycle time, throughput, pull-request and code-review insights, custom dashboards, alerts, surveys, investment tracking, delivery forecasting, and AI-powered reports. Its audience includes engineering leaders, managers, executives, and developers across small, mid-market, and enterprise organizations.

The published plans make DevDynamics accessible for smaller teams. The Free plan costs $0 per contributor per month and supports up to 9 contributors, one team, three Git repositories, standard Jira and GitHub integrations, basic delivery metrics, and Slack and email alerts. The Pro plan costs $20 per contributor per month and adds unlimited repositories and teams, Dyna AI, AI impact analysis, activity logs, CI/CD and incident-management integrations, and custom dashboards. Enterprise adds a dedicated account manager, SLA-backed support, custom proof of concept and onboarding, guided onboarding, and three years of data retention. A 21-day free trial is also available.

Integration and deployment flexibility are central to the product's fit. DevDynamics supports web, API, cloud, and self-hosted deployment, with integrations including GitHub, Jira, GitLab, Slack, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, Linear, Bitbucket, Azure Boards, Azure Repos, SonarQube, Opsgenie, Jenkins, and Webex. Support is available by email and phone, with 24/7 support listed, alongside SOC 2 and GDPR compliance. Choose DevDynamics if you want broad engineering analytics with a free entry point and self-hosting. Teams that only need basic repository metrics may find its wider feature set unnecessary.
